500g ground pork
30g minced carrots
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 bulb (small) of minced shallots
½ tspn of white pepper
1 tspn of lemon grass power
Minced coriander
A sprinkle of sesame oil
Spring roll wrapper
Cooking oil
Method

Place the ground pork on a mixing bowl

Mix all the ingredients (except sesame oil) together in a separate bowl after which pour it on the ground pork

Mix the sauce and the ground pork thoroughly to make sure the sauce mixture spreads evenly

Once the sauce and pork mix evenly drizzle some sesame oil this will avoid the mince pork from sticking together

Wrapped it with your choice if size

Fry until golden brown
